Acro Yoga Workshop at The Swan

A beginner friendly workshop; your morning will start with a traditional yoga warm up and stretches, progressing at your own pace through a series of counter balance positions and yoga balances. This is a great activity to share with a friend or family member, however there is no pressure to bring a partner.

You will be gently guided and supported throughout the session and the sense of achievement and freedom is amazing when you create poses you once thought impossible.

Suitable for ages 14 and over.
