Sunday Wellbeing at The Georgian

Join us for our very first 'Sunday Wellbeing at The Georgian' session. Taking place in the gorgeous Summer House where you can enjoy quality time to feel rejuvenated as Jeanette and Fiona guide you through wellness movements, tips and techniques to reconnect your body, mind and spirit.

The morning begins with a 45-minute mix of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, taught with somatic principles – somatic yoga focuses on how movements feel to you from inside, rather than how they look.

To end the class, Jeanette will share her insights to optimise your digestive health with her Gut Health workshop.

You'll then have a choice of two of Coppa Club’s delicious and nutritious brunch options - selected by Jeanette - for a morning boost of antioxidants and energy, during which Jeanette and Fiona will be open to taking any questions. This will also come with a tea or coffee. Brunch options include either:

  • Crushed Avocado & Eggs on toast with chilli and lime

OR

  • Buckwheat & Rye Pancakes with berry compote, coconut yoghurt, granola and toasted seeds

Please ensure you select your brunch option in the notes when booking your ticket, alongside any dietary requirements.

The yoga session will be open to all levels, so no prior experience is necessary. Tickets are priced at £40 and include the yoga, nutritional sessions and brunch items.
