By booking at Coppa Club, you confirm your acceptance of the following:

General

  • All bookings of 17 or more guests will require a credit card guarantee to secure the booking.
  • This fee will be processed no more than 24 hours after the original scheduled booking.
  • If you are running late, please note that we will be unable to hold your table for longer than 20 minutes.
  • We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you’d like to cancel or amend the number of guests in your booking.  Please note we may not always have availability to increase your reservation: we will do our best!
  • Where credit card details have been provided to secure a booking – If notice is not received in time, and guests do not arrive within 20 minutes of their reservation, we reserve the right to charge a ‘no show’ fee of £20 per guest to the card given to secure the booking.
  • In the process of increasing or decreasing your party size, please note that we may need to change the location of your dining table in the restaurant.

CHRISTMAS

  • Festive Menu: For bookings for 6 or more guests, a pre-order is required at least five days prior to booking. A credit or debit card is required to secure the booking and no deposit needed. A cancellation or no-show within 48 hours of your booking will incur a £20 charge, per person, from the card provided.
  • Christmas Day Menu: A £40 deposit per person (including children) required to confirm booking. After this date, all bookings require full payment seven days prior to arrival, which is non refundable. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill. Pre order required for all party sizes at least seven days prior to booking.
  • Canapés: Available for bookings of 10 or more. A credit or debit card is required to secure the booking, and no deposit is needed. A cancellation or no-show within 48 hours of your booking will incur a £20 charge per person from the card provided. We must receive your pre-order at the latest, 5 days prior to your booking.
  • Christmas Stays: Rates are subject to availability, include breakfast and tax and are based on two people sharing. Upgraded rooms available for £20 and £30 per night. Pre-booking is essential. A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is required 21 days before check in. Once paid in full, rates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Roll away beds for children up to 12 years of age are available in higher room categories for £20 per stay. To book, contact the hotel reception team.
