• All bookings of 17 or more guests will require a credit card guarantee to secure the booking.
• This fee will be processed no more than 24 hours after the original scheduled booking.
• If you are running late, please note that we will be unable to hold your table for longer than 20 minutes.
• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you’d like to cancel or amend the number of guests in your booking.  Please note we may not always have availability to increase your reservation: we will do our best!
• Where credit card details have been provided to secure a booking – If notice is not received in time, and guests do not arrive within 20 minutes of their reservation, we reserve the right to charge a ‘no show’ fee of £20 per guest to the card given to secure the booking.
• In the process of increasing or decreasing your party size, please note that we may need to change the location of your dining table in the restaurant.

Festive Dining
Bookings over 6 people

For tables of 6 or more a deposit of £20 per person is required to confirm the booking. For tables of 6 or more, a pre-order is required at least 5 days before the booking. For tables of 12 or more, a cancellation or no-show within 7 days of the booking will incur a £10 charge per person, taken from the deposit provided. A 12.5% service charge is added to the bill for all party sizes.

Canapés and Sharing Boards
Bookings over 20 people

Canapés and Sharing Boards available for parties of 20 or more. A preorder is required at least 5 days prior to booking. Deposit £20 per person. Minimum order of 10 pieces per individual canapé type. A cancellation or no-show within 48 hours of your booking will incur a £20 charge, per person, from the deposit provided. A 12 .5% service charge will be added to your bill.

Christmas Day Lunch

A preorder is required at least 7 days prior to booking. Deposit £40 per person (including children). Full payment is required 14 days prior to booking which is non-refundable. A 12 .5% service charge will be added to your bill. 

Christmas Stays

Rates are subject to availability, include breakfast and VAT and are based on two people sharing. Upgraded rooms available at additional rates. Pre-booking is essential. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is required 21 days before check-in. Once paid in full, rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rollaway beds for children up to 12 years of age are available in higher room categories for £20 per stay. To book, contact the hotel reception team. From 30th November, bookings are subject to a minimum spend of £400. On Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, the minimum spend increases to £500, with the exception of Coppa Club Tower Bridge, where a minimum spend of £1,000 applies to bookings from 7:30pm onwards.

Christmas parties (20+)

For parties of 20 or more, deposits become non-refundable upon confirmation of the pre-order, or 28 days prior to the booking date, whichever occurs first.
