By booking at Coppa Club, you confirm your acceptance of the following:
General
- All bookings of 17 or more guests will require a credit card guarantee to secure the booking.
- This fee will be processed no more than 24 hours after the original scheduled booking.
- If you are running late, please note that we will be unable to hold your table for longer than 20 minutes.
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you’d like to cancel or amend the number of guests in your booking. Please note we may not always have availability to increase your reservation: we will do our best!
- Where credit card details have been provided to secure a booking – If notice is not received in time, and guests do not arrive within 20 minutes of their reservation, we reserve the right to charge a ‘no show’ fee of £20 per guest to the card given to secure the booking.
- In the process of increasing or decreasing your party size, please note that we may need to change the location of your dining table in the restaurant.
Clubhouse Terms & Conditions
By booking at Coppa Club, you confirm your acceptance of the following:
Christmas
- Festive Dining: A preorder is required at least 5 days prior to booking. Deposit £20 per person. A cancellation or no-show within 48 hours of your booking will incur a £20 charge, per person, from the deposit provided. A 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
- Festive Drinks: Canapes and Sharing Boards available for parties of 20 or more. A preorder is required at least 5 days prior to booking. Deposit £20 per person. A cancellation or no-show within 48 hours of your booking will incur a £20 charge, per person, from the deposit provided. A 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
- Christmas Day: A preorder is required at least 7 days prior to booking. Deposit £40 per person (including children). Full payment required 7 days prior to booking which is non-refundable. A 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
- Clubhouse Parties in the Event Space will be subject to room hire charges discussed at the point of booking in line with the party date requested.
- Igloos: From 30th November are subject to a £400 minimum spend. £500 on Christmas Day and NYE (with the exception of Coppa Club Tower which will be £1000 from 7:30pm onwards).
